Fractional SaaS Sales

Find & close early customers, build your sales strategy and/or transition away from founder-led sales by working with me 1-2 days per week (currently at bandwidth)

  • If you’re a founder who’s an expert on your product but struggling to nail sales, and you don’t yet need a full time commercial hire yet, we can work together!

  • I can support on an interim (part time) basis until a permanent hire has been made as a sales director.

Founder sessions

1:1 sessions with SaaS founders on all things sales, outreach, pipe generation, closing & general go to market strategies. Book a power hour or a 6 hour bootcamp. I often work with technical founders.

    • 1.5 hour min session 

    • I’ll shoot over a form asking a couple things to prep the discussion

    • We’ll talk about sales, outreach, pipe generation, closing & general go to market 

    • Identify things that could move the needle the most 

    We can focus the full time on one topic you’re struggling with, or we can go wide with your strategy overall! After our session, I’ll share a one page doc with a summary, and recommendations.

  • I'm UK based but have spent many years selling SaaS to the Nordics, so I have a good knowledge of the nuances of being successful there, and am well connected to potential hires, customers and partners.
